Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 10 miles jog
Wednesday: 2:45 800m yasoo's x 10 (same as week before but it seems to be getting harder, not easier!)
Thursday: 10 mile jog after work in the pitch black - couldn't see a thing for most of it, I think I should stick to running on the streets & not through parks & country roads with no streetlights!
Friday: 2 mile jog - The training begins for Kate & Jo in their quest to conquer the Manchester 10k race, I thought I would come along for the ride.
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Building up to the big day - a 22 mile run (2:37:44) with Dan joining on a bike (no incidents of pedals falling off this time though!)
